    Building Products with AI
    • In 2023, partnered up to create short-form videos using Midjourney, achieving several million-view hits and even topped Douyin's tens-of-millions trending chart; also produced AI-generated manga short dramas, exploring AIGC content commercialization in the short drama space.
    • Immersed in Vibe Coding — one person, one full team. Building products for myself and helping consulting clients leverage AI for business efficiency:
      • Verso — Markdown reader/editor, double-click any .md file to open instantly
      • TidyLink — New tab page link manager browser extension, 100% local data
  • 2024~2025
    Product & Operations Partner @ a Layer 1 Blockchain
    • Backed by DCG, Electric Capital, Dragonfly, Spartan Group, Polygon Ventures and other leading investors.
    • Led product planning and growth operations. Within 6 months of mainnet launch: 223M+ on-chain transactions, 7.83M+ non-zero wallet addresses (post-sybil filtering), 4.08M monthly active addresses, and 5.9M cumulative non-zero transaction users across flagship Dapp products.
  • 2022~2023
    Crypto Airdrop & Arbitrage Fund
    • Founded a fund focused on crypto airdrops, delivering double-digit multiples in returns for LPs.
    • Stablecoin arbitrage with decent annualized returns and zero drawdown. At peak, personally managed assets exceeding those of small asset management firms — now operating with personal capital only.
  • 2021~2022
    Construction SaaS Product Manager
    • Revamped a construction industry SaaS product, decoupling its multi-platform architecture. Developed intelligent management and data analytics features for decision-makers, solving client buy-in issues. Implemented zero-cost incentives to drive frontline adoption, significantly boosting sales and returning the company to profitability.
  • 2019~2021
    Head of Product, Social Commerce
    • Built a social installment e-commerce platform for college students from scratch. Validated MVP with zero R&D resources using Excel and existing tools, achieving ¥5M+ monthly sales. Surpassed ¥100M GMV in the first quarter after launch.
    • Launched an electric scooter installment business leveraging the company's organizational capabilities, creating the company's second growth curve.
  • 2017~2019
    Senior Product Manager @ Wemai
    • A billion-user internet healthcare platform. Rose from product assistant to business line lead. Built data-driven operations and precision user acquisition capabilities from the ground up.
    • Led the Doctor-Patient Chain business line, responsible for doctor-side and consumer-side conversion, reaching 100M+ users.
    • Pioneered the WeChat Official Account channel, growing from zero to 20M subscribers. Achieved industry-leading order conversion rates.

    UI Designer
    • Handled all design work at a financial company.
    • Designed a small-amount, short-term lending product based on personal needs, which became the company's largest revenue source.

    Started an Independent Blog
    • Founded Zhou Liang's Blog, sharing WordPress development tutorials and web-building tips. At its peak, over 10,000 daily unique visitors. Later sold.
  • 2010~2014
    Tinkering & Self-Teaching
    • Self-taught design, programming, and SEO during middle school. Created and ran independent websites — each with 5,000+ daily visitors. Sold 4 websites in total.
  • 2010
    QQ Zone
    • Self-taught Photoshop and Flash, pioneered modular QQ Zone designs and earned my first income.
    • Built my own QQ Zone into a "Tencent Celebrity Blog" with millions of visits and hundreds of thousands of comments through content alone.
